i was fine when i got home last nite
and then i started to volley a few IMs
then i was on the phone long distrance
and this morning i woke up with a headache

but then, when i go to check my email
i find images from someone i talked to

ugh!

so i got this slightly nasty message from my proffessor this morning.

yesterday was the first midterm for my art history class.
and like most things that are somewhat important, problems usually arise.

she wrote to me how she doesnt accept late assignemnts and yet wants me to explain myself. i'm wondering why it would matter really since late assignments aren't accepted.

there are also 2 other assignments that are supposed to be turned in soon.
She wrote to me saying that i had not turned those in yet and it was Unacceptable. The papers are due on Monday. ugh! the 14th! i just went and looked there again and it still says the 14th. but the link to click on in order to submit the answers is now gone. This is BS.
so irked. i need to get my suitcase outta my car, pack and head up to Berkeley so i can meet my friend and then we're gonna drive to LA.

I had been logged into the test and i had written my answers in Word. i've learned from other online courses that it's usually the best course of action because sometimes the servers will simply eat the answers and then they're forever lost.
i copy and pasted the responses into the windows and when i hit the enter button to submit the responses, the page looked as if it was going to accept the answers and then instead froze up on me. then i got some code-y gibberish. I dont know if it was the server or my computer at that time. I had to force quit Internet Explorer and then reboot the computer I was using as well.
By the time I was able to log in again the test was closed. I wasn't sure what to do so I attempted to contact you as soon as I was able to.
If you'd like, i can upload the responses to my server in html or simply send you the word document.

You also wrote to me concerning the assignments that are due. I believe that the due date on those was marked for Monday, July 14. I went to recheck the Assignments section of Etudes and now it's been closed/locked. How are we to submit those?
