website work?

i need a webdesigner. well, not for me personally, but for a friend. it is for a wonderful latex company based out of london.

he needs...
website revamped and made up-to-date.
present it in php and maybe add OS(open source) for a shopping card.
something quite slick (it is a latex site) with updates from time to time.
oh, and realiablity is a must!!!
