the first of march!

last nite was fun. went to BAGG
yapped at people that i've not gotten to yapp at for a while.
even talked to an older buddy i've been hanging around the clubs with since i was teeny younger skinny tweaker girl.

didnt get drunk tho. i kind of wanted to since sokkmonkey was driving.
but it didnt work out that way dammit. cramps. ugh. always. shit.
for once i didnt have to be careful since i was driving.
was super tired but the JD i had when we arrived picked me up.
they pour me really big drinks!

i dont know why but i had energy when i got home too.
and then i couldnt sleep. was up til 6am.
cramps. i think i passed out really well for about an hour, the when i switched on the TV the news was on and it was 8h30.
dammit.
i'll be tired today.

if anyone has been trying to call me, my cell phone is out of credit.
i was going to top it up yesterday morning or the day before.
but then, i've been kind of enjoying the silence.
i'll top it up before i leave for los angeles of course, but maybe i'll wait until saturday after noon.

well that took forever.
i've been working on my room all morning.
putting away all my shoes in their little plastic labeled boxes.
all the latex that's clean is in their little plastic baggies in the appropriate storage unit or drawer. hats, hair accessories, gloves, guantlets, neck collars, chokers, neck ties, stockings, socks, garter belts, etc. etc. etc.

i'm still waiting on my HW package. maybe in a couple hours.
but the mail did come.
shit.
i've just gotten summoned for jury duty.
16-20 April.
My ass is on a plane from Vienna to Copenhagen on the 16th of April.

So I'm looking at this form and the reasons that are listed (i'm supposed to choose one) aren't really working for me. (recent jury service, financial hardhip, providing care to another, heath, military, deceased, student,...)

There is a section where i can postpone, but it says it must be within 90 days.
shit. that's like july 16. if i get an visa extesion, then i'm not coming back to the states until august (fetishcon, tampa).
hmm...

must do the right thing, so called up the clerk at the supreme court. he said to just fill out the postponement thing, and give a date beyond 90 days.
also, include copy of my flight (i have a return scheduled for june 25) and explain about my VISA application.

well, i hope it works.

i was summoned only once in the past, a few years ago. I found the check for $.05 the other day when i was cleaning crap out of my room.
