steamed

this moring i had a dream that i was inside an egg roll getting steamed inside a warm nice place. i was inside the outer leaves and slipping around like something fully encased in some sort of pliable shell.

then i started to wake up and i started to feel a bit soggy and and clammy.

yuck.

the fever dream thing is kind of neat - that is until it's over. the part right before it's over is cool because it's the part when the awareness wakes up and can realize what is going on but at that point, it's too late to stop the waking up process.
oh well.
it's like doing drugs, without the drugs.
(and like drugs, the high is all too short)
better than a permanent low though.

i thought the fever part was done with yesterday when it got up pretty high.
now the cough is starting to sound more rough (and i want to cough up the goob trapped in me)
ears are still a bit off, but at least i'm feeling a bit more capable.

in a week i leave for Tokyo and i still need to prepare my site updates for when i'll be gone as well as UNPACK entirely from los angeles and PACK for Japan, China, & the Philippines. I hear Japan is cold while Cebu is moderately nice. I wonder what the water's like.

Time for more bed I guess.
