so flying back to london from vienna was uneventful.
got to the house but unfortunately sat around for a couple days while the British Gas man worked on the hot water & heat.
Torture Garden's Halloween party was last night and that was fun even though this time I left earlier than usual.
I think I was back home around 3am.
I got there a little early, and after setting up the props i got from MedicalToys.com i jumped into my JP patterned HW catsuit and ended up doing an video interview with some people i thought were with TGTV but they weren't, oh well, I ended up sticking with my flip flops since i didnt feel like suffering with the new Gucci boots (I bought new leather boots last week in Vienna at the Gucci shop). Walked around and danced a bit with
kaorislatex &
david_tg &
uglydiamond &
lydiamorgan & others.
For this show, I worked with Amrita and we were in the Dungeon area in the back which was set up as a medical themed dungeon.
The room where we usually do performances in was turned into a leafy graveyard with smokey floors and more dungeon equipment.
No shows went on in that room,
Our stage was the small platformed area where people were allowed to play n whatnot. The show ended up being more like a demo.
We were supposed to do two 30 minute sets with a 30 minute pause but instead we just continued on through.
We both wore HW latex including some stuff I made the week before in blue and transparent and turquoise. ( i wanted to get away from green & white & red). For the first part, Amrita used the aircasts on my legs. People started getting curious so we started bringing people up so they could try out the gear as well as help out. Then I got the vet wrap out and we used that on people. The early volunteers got treats: rolls of unopened vet wrap to take home & others got disposable face masks.
We were going to do this torture-y thing where she stuck needles under my fingernails and into my gums but it didn't work out as planned which in the end didn't really matter. Tho one needle went to far so i was like OW!
All in all it turned out great - at least it seemed to, The crowd got to play and enjoy the show while participating and trying out some different things.
I tried to walk around a bit but it was really crowded. At one point when I tried to get through this one bottleneck area, the security staff told the people around me it was closed off and no one was getting through, even if we were workers. I ended up running to the front entrance and making my way around via the outside of the club to get back in through the door where smokers were being let out right near the dressing room. On the way out of the front door, I hit up Charlotte to get paid out too.
Had fun overall and this morning didn't wake up hungover which was really a nice thing!
Tomorrow is my last day in London. Tuesday I head off for Atlanta for a week!
