kumimonsterlooking at thelittlebook from Neiman Marcus today.
i got it in the mail some time ago.
it's the fall preview book of fashion from the store but not like the huge catalog/magazines they send out.
anyways, couldn't help but notice the bondage overtones in the cover shot.
there's an asian girl with short spiky blonde hair and dramatic blue eye make up on.
she's wearing this dress and leaning against a wall but not very upright.
almost as if she's dependent on the wall for some support.
the dress is floor length and there's a top layer that starts to wrap around her legs from just above the knee, criss-crossing itself all the way to her ankles. her bare feet are pretty close together too.
Her arms ar bound as well. but not tightly or anything. that would be too obvious. the fabric that starts over her chest goes around her shoulder then under her bent arm only to be wrapped over and around her forearm which is kinda laying up across her other arm which is running the length of her torso.
technically, if it were tight, she wouldn't be able to straighten her arms.
inside:
leather tops, thigh high skirts, a lot of black
and a girl with long hair in a pose hinting at strangulation.
the shoes are wonderful this issue.
a nice high heel and great colors.
ooh and boots to die for.
the new gucci's will be mine!
