tired as hell.
i skipped sunday events so i could have energy.
spent the day behind my book and on the couch until i realized that i had a show to put on that nite. made some calls to skin 2 to adjust the guest list and get performer passes set up.
got my stuff together then headed over to the palais to meet up with midori and the escape artist guy. ran into
wrong_monkey at the BG tube station as he was coming home from doing the work on the sets.
got there early and watched a bit of the rehearsals.
was pleased to find the dressing rooms were the private ones stage right and not in the large community room that only ends up being some vip party room after the show is done.
was i a bit frazzled that nite? yes. i thought girls would show up on time. i do after all. i allowed a late call time of 2130 and of course i had girls showing up as late as 10 minutes before we jumped on stage. i had all the passes in my hands and midori and i had dinner to the left of the venue at a restaurant. i texted all the performers and told them we were waiting for them there between 2045 and 2130 so midori could actually see them one by one.
as most of the girls did not come into the restaurant, i ended up standing outside the damn venue waiting with passes. of course some of the girls got inside without passes past the security and it took some time before some one decided to tell me this. standing outside til after 2200h when the show was set to be just after 2300 is not my idea of fun. under an hour to get ready and over a dozen girls to rig is not condusive to my happiness or midori's.
thanks to victoria hitomi, john, and eden wells for their help in rigging.
kip n jsin were great at tossing on makeup n scars.
next time call times will be set much earlier. i thought i'd be nice and give people time instead of having them wait around in a backstage dressing room for a few hours. hah.
it was a bit messy getting out there. the group meeting we wanted to have was short and the time was just not available. the girls were carried, pushed, escorted out on stage and happily instructions were followed. play with yourselves, play with each other, play with the audience. it was to be a tableau vivant. enjoyable enough to look at or just turn around and ignore. i hear there were opportunities for photo images galore. nice that. and in the end i have heard that it became a nice book-end to pair with the other chaotic, extreme and fabulous show of
lucifire's.
the vantage point i had from the table after being left on stage was great. the fashion show was nice and my view perfect. all i had to do was twitch about a bit. escape jacket guy didnt realize he'd be stuck in there that long but he got dragged, hung, and then escaped perfectly. his tackle of midori was even more perfect!
got dressed into my new vex. hung out with ppl. then packed up and scooted off to bethnal green in a cab with monkey n craig. diz n mil left early with simon n rachel so it was just an early nite with no after party for us!
anyways, on with the photos...!!!
some look like chaos plain n simple although others just came out lovely and simple and lit all kick ass n shit!

this year it seemed more of the boys got on stage and played.
even
eviluncletony was featured in Puimond's show in a corset.
bitzar was photographed all over the place and TonyM mentioned him being desirous of a model card page in skin two.

ynl in the chair we eventually suspended her in. if we had more time, we actually wanted to invert her in the thing, but as the chair was unfamiliar and time was short, it didn't happen.

Eden Wells n
rubberella. who'da thunk green light would make blondes pscyho fighting bitches while suspended. nice!
