a totally crazy weekend. my sleep schedule was completely messed up.
as i headed down to breakfast around 6am each morning, i saw the rest of the partying fiends still awake (if not alive) and chowing down just before heading up to pass out for the day!
I did wake up somewhat late on Tuesday (10h30) and rushed down to have my last breakfast and see people before they checked out of the hotel and headed off to their next destinations.
I think i spoke more French than German this year.
The rehearsals went fine. Except for a couple of incidents involving only one show, everyone else was on time and had everything that had to be sorted out taken care of.
As far as the show itself, I ended up paying Eric Masters to help me get the groups queued up and of course Paul Nathan had his shit together and was able to keep the audience entertained for a few moments longer while some last minute changes had to be made.
But in the end, the schedule i created for the line up was on time for each and every show. I was almost flabbergasted when would look at my watch at 23h17 or 23h34 and see exactly what was scheduled happening!
I even had time to participate in the HW show even though I spent most of the night running back and forth in my trainers (I did have latex on though).
I did have a shoot yesterday (Wednesday) which involved some SM work and beatings on my feet,. Then walking about the DUS airport to catch my flight to Vienna probably added to my soreness which i didn't notice until waking up this morning.
Jean Bardot arrives tomorrow. I guess we've got to shoot all the new HW pieces while she's here and that will free up the weekend to do nothing at all.
