sat in sydney

spent the saturday in sydney with peter/mastertouch driving me around.
first breakfast over in newtown and a visit to the local latex shop.



checked out the casino by the harbor



luckily it was a nice day!



i made him go to the aquarium with me.







took a ride on the monorail. nice adverts



afterwards to food, then back to Uber where I met up with fd_midori  and the others to go check out the james bond movie.
then yummy indian before heading back to Uber to pack up and get ready to leave

Can't really tell from the images, but it was humid and hot.

out n about

so today was spent touring the area.
we drove around Bowen and then headed over to Airlie Beach.
schoolies are in town so lots of people all over the place.
all younglings. drinking age here is 18 btw.
hung out a bit at the lagoon and enjoyed the water.
i found a place to fix my broken nail sort of.
then back in the car and off to Shute Harbor to see what we could see.
We ended up booking a day trip to Daydream Island

the weather and winds seem to be cooperating a bit but we'll see what happens tomorrow.
Our boat leaves at 8am and I'm to meet up with Stuart the dive coordinator at 09h30
hopefully the vis won't suck.

Needless to say, the weather out here is wonderful! Much better than Sydney!
It's going to be very hard to leave.
