it's not the first i've had to deal with either

for the 2nd, i'm not sure if they actually have a toplist per se, but the fact is they were getting placed high on mine.
i dont know if i send conversions to other people, but that doesnt matter.
they're wasting my time and therefore costing me money.

in the 1st case, the traffic i'm gettting from the toplist is much better than the traffic i get from placing a mess of buttons on my home page or just doing simple banner exchanges.

as long as i get at least one sign up a day, then i'm happy.
