hmm
the temps have actually been NOT getting hotter
but the humidity is rising
yesterday the dr got to try something new for us (he's the guy that cooks for![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

he tried out a recipe for onion pancakes. it was ok, but not quite the same as you get at asian places. must try it out again some other time. also, cant find sweet chili sauce here yet.
then he made stifado and that was good. sweet onions and beef in a stew kind of thing with bay leaves and cinnamon. yummy.
Kostas' sister sent over some apricots from their house (in a gucci bag too).
so this time the dr is going to make some desert with them. little cakes for us!

didn't get to the police dept yesterday because the guy we had to see wasn't there.
so we went over this morning and saw some guy in charge. he told us what to write and then we went to file the papers with the clerks. now we're waiting for the guy (in charge) to approve the forms. (yes, the same one that told us what to write). go figure.
there were no smoking signs everywhere. but there were also ashtrays everywhere too. the clerk that helped us had her asstray (stoli vodka sponsored) right where the hole in the window was.
a bit annoying since the smoke from the dying butt was wafting into our faces. The lawyer dude stuck around to wait for the response since we got tired of waiting there.

ooh yeah! J just walked in with my passport. looks like everything is set and i'm good to stay here until the 15th of Sept!
a month will be wasted though because i have to head back to the states early August for FetishCon. i can't transfer the extra days so i'll have to go thru it all again after my next visit - which can start again around the 3rd week of September
